DH had a busy day today so left the house at 7am to pick up the chipper he'd hired to clear the trees he and J had taken down earlier in the week. They worked all day in the rain and when he got home at 5 he was soaked through and knackered. He'd managed to injure his thumb too. He is always injuring something.
We went to HEY in the morning which was good then spent the afternoon doing the usual (read as: walking with the baby ALL afternoon)
By this evening we were both worn out so we had Chinese for tea and an early night; or not so early in my case but I was desperate for the 'me' time.
